I have had Seth for one and he and Jonathan a second time for two different jobs. One a repair and the second internet wiring installation, both time they were efficient and very personable. Right before Christmas, we had a wiring problem in one of outlets which required the Fire department to be called to check for possible fire as we had smoke and heat coming out of the outlet, even after the faulty Christmas lights were removed. We called Firefly late in the evening to see if they could schedule us in as soon as possible. We received a call back shortly after leaving a message. Even though they had sent all the other workers home, the Owner Jonathan offered to come over and take care of it himself. What a blessing as we had part of our house without power and not sure if the problem was still a problem. He took care of our problem quickly and Professionally. Recently, our house was hit by lightning. Firefly Electricians immediately rushed out on a weekend evening to help us! They knew exactly what we needed to do to get all of our electrical systems back up and running, and explained everything in detail. I had recently bought a home with poor lighting and wanted to have some recessed lights installed in the kitchen and living room. I called Jonathan at Firefly to give me a bid. Jonathan showed up on time with a professional appearance, and gave me a reasonable bid. I hired him to do the job and was confident it would be done right! When he came to do the work, I let him in the house but left to run errands and knew I could trust him with my home, possessions and dog while I was gone. When I returned home, not only was everything absolutely perfect but you could not even tell anyone had been there. There was no dust or materials left behind, it was spotless. He also followed up afterwards to make sure I was pleased. I let him know that I was very happy and would recommend him to any friends and family looking for a meticulous trustworthy electrician.

Firefly is a great company and I will definitely use them again, if needed. We sold our house and after inspection, we had to correct a few electrical things. When I contacted Firefly, they were very timely and extremely professional. I highly recommend Firefly.
